If you wish to cancel an order, please email contact@chikoandco.ca as soon as possible.

If your order has already been dispatched, please return unused, in new condition and in its original packaging within 21 days for a full refund or exchange.

Please note, as with all natural products, there may be variations in colour, scent, and size from batch to batch.
